Design HVAC System - USS Zumwalt

Bancroft engineers were contracted to perform the initial design of the prototype for the ship's HVAC system.  In addition to the usual complexities associated with maritime engineering design, the Zumwalt ships required a system that would protect sailors from biological, chemical, and radiological attack while providing daily heating and cooling—all with a zero external heat signature, to make the ship less vulnerable to attack by heat-seeking missiles.
